Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our customers and business partners.
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for Viwinco's customers, including dealers, builders, and contractors. This role requires a technical understanding of our window and door product lines and involves managing orders, resolving issues, and providing product guidance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders with a high degree of accuracy using Viwinco's ERP/order management system.
- Provide product and technical support to customers, ensuring correct configurations and specifications are communicated.
- Handle inquiries related to product availability, lead times, pricing, and order status.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns, investigate issues, and coordinate with production, scheduling, shipping, and field service teams to provide resolutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all communications, issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate customer support.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and long-term loyalty.
- Educate customers on Viwinco products, warranties, and best practices for installation and maintenance.
- Assist in customer follow-up regarding product performance and satisfaction.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or construction-related environment preferred.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret product specifications, drawings, or order forms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented culture.
- Knowledge of the window and door industry is highly desirable.
