Responsibilities of the CSR

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide excellent service and support

  • Schedule service appointments and input customer information into the CRM (ServiceTitan)

  • Make outbound follow-up calls on open service quotes, sales estimates, and contract renewals

  • Support office leadership and the VP with administrative tasks like reports, data entry, and project coordination

  • Help troubleshoot internal tech issues (training provided)

  • Maintain accurate digital records of customer interactions and job updates

  • Coordinate company events, manage RSVPs, and help with event logistics

  • Use platforms like Excel, Microsoft Teams, Podium, and other cloud-based tools



Qualifications of the CSR

  • 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience; home services background is a plus

  • High school diploma

  • Tech-savvy-comfortable learning and using multiple platforms and tools

  • Excellent phone presence; confident making 20+ outbound calls per day
