This role is vital to the success of our retail stores. As a Customer Service Representative, you will collaborate closely with wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the most suitable solutions. Your primary aim will be to resolve customer concerns promptly and ensure maximum satisfaction while keeping yourself updated on product features. Maintaining the high-quality standards and visual appeal of both the products and the store is also essential. You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently meet store sales goals.

The selected candidate will be required to work at Store , located at 2207 S Mentzer St. Suite 110, Mitchell, SD 57301. This is a full-time position.

Job duties involve direct contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash, various payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuable items, with potential for both supervised and unsupervised access.   • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assist customers in determining their needs and presenting suitable products.
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions per company policy.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
  • Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Tint and mix products as requested by customers.
  • Restock shelves and arrange displays.
  • Keep store equipment clean.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Assist with deliveries as necessary.
  • Maintain assigned areas in an in-stock and presentable condition.
  • Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and available options.
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures.
  • Suggest ways to enhance sales.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
  • Availability to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • If internal, must have received a meets expectations rating on recent appraisals.
  • If internal, must have completed all required HR eLearning courses.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Experience selling paint or related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
