Key Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service by guiding customers through every step of the process, including sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
- Perform vehicle condition assessments by collecting and communicating pertinent information to support customer appraisals.
- Manage the intake of vehicles shipped to CarMax; oversee daily inventory scanning and reconciliation.
- Conduct cosmetic inspections to uphold CarMax Quality Standards for all vehicles.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as printing reports, managing transaction paperwork, communicating with finance companies, and auditing completed documentation.
- Schedule service appointments and verify accuracy of repair order invoices for retail service work.
