CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Essential Functions: Responsible for:
• Performing the data entry, intake, tracking, processing and coordination of sales into the Company.
• Organizing documents, reports and other attachments related to funding applications into the Company's systems.
• Accessing business credit reports, reviewing information and make initial submission decisions in light of Company's product guidelines and completeness of submission.
• Following instructions and input from underwriting / sales relative to work performed.
• Communicating directly with agents, merchants and prospects to correct and/or improve the submissions and timelines.
• Delivering on related duties and activities as may be assigned.
Information gathered may include confidential and sensitive information of the Company and its agents and merchants. Time and performance on duties is tracked for quality control and performance metrics on the Customer Support Team. This role and the corresponding duties may expand to other items as may be requested by the Company. This role requires an individual who meet the qualifications below.
Qualifications: - Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish or Portuguese
- At least 1 year of experience data entry, customer service, account manager experience.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within customer service, cash advance, business financing.
- Very organized and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Typing skills of at least 45 WPM.
- Strong experience in MS Office and web-based portal computer skills.
- Able to secure and load large amounts of necessary information to process and complete cash advance files.
- Effective on verifying documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Mature, organized and efficient.
- Able to excel in a team environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and work ethic.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 Per Year
