Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, promptly responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions based on their requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and packaging processes to offer accurate information to customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to improve your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in packaging or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
