What You'll Do: Provide effective customer service and dispatch support through in-depth knowledge of company products, programs and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Talk with customers by phone and enter data into computer system.
- Solicit future orders from customers and enter orders into computer system.
- Negotiate with customers' acceptable delivery times to prevent lost orders.
- Document customer complaints and forward to Dispatch Manager and/or Sales Representative.
- Assist Dispatch Manager in tasks as required.
Requirements: - High School Degree or General Education Degree (GED).
- Three to five years related customer service experience, and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
