Job Title: E-Commerce Customer Service Representative
Overview: Corky's BBQ is seeking a customer service representative who will work on our e-commerce platform and assist customers with placing orders, answering questions, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and website submissions
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Update customer information in the database and ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service- report customer issues
• Record customer issues and follow up with next steps
• Reporting
• Reships
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and response time
• Stay up-to-date with product information, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest solutions to management
• Educate, encourage and incentivize customers to place their own orders on the website
• All other duties assigned .
32 hours
Monday - Friday Weekend availability during December
Overtime eligible
up to $15 per hour based on experience
