  • MONETARY PERKS: Pay rate starts at $16.42/hour. Training is paid. Once 90 days proficient following the completion of training, you will an increase. We have a pay-for-performance structure, meaning the more you learn, the more you can learn. There is also the potential for an annual bonus and merit increase based on your performance.

  • FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING: Our client operates on a Monday-Friday basis, and start times begin at 8:00a or 8:30a.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Our representatives answer incoming calls in a high-volume setting, providing exceptional customer service by supporting and responding to inquiries from customers regarding their waste and recycling accounts. Some duties include:
  • Providing responsive and professional customer service to customers.
  • Navigating through several programs while on each call, including dual monitors, virtual desktops, and other internal systems.
  • Maintaining program metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Passing quality assurance evaluations scored by our training department.
  • Attending coachings and team meetings.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for those with the following:
  • At least one years' experience in customer service taking inbound calls in a call-center setting.
  • AS400 experience preferred.
  • A remote setting that provides the same distraction-free environment as an office.
  • Strong oral/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills required.
  • Ability to navigate through and utilize various computer applications efficiently.
  • The ability to pick up equipment in our Medina, NY location.
  • Must be open to our diverse and inclusive culture.
  • The completion of an internet speed test, pre-employment assessment, reference/background screening, and drug screening.
