We are looking for a Customer Service Representative & Administrative Assistant to support our clients and internal team by providing excellent service and handling key administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming communications via phone, email, and chat.
- Process funding requests, payment changes, and financial transactions.
- Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Review all company subscriptions, negotiate new contracts, and oversee employee expense reimbursement.
- Pay invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Manage schedules, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Organize and maintain company files, records, and databases.
Skills:

Education & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service and administrative support.
