At Mr. Handyman we are growing our team of office and handyman professionals and becoming the most respected home repair and maintenance provider in our area. We are looking for highly-skilled ,customer driven, and goal-oriented CSR's who want to deliver outstanding service, while enjoying a fantastic work environment.
Your responsibilities as a CSR will include:
Making a GREAT first impression with home owners who call, looking for service
Professionally managing inbound calls and scheduling appointments with our technicians
Making Recommendations and setting customer expectations for services
Deliver a great customer experience the Mr. Handyman Way - which a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time.
These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:
- Currently reside in the greater Charlotte area including Ft. Mill or Rock Hill.
- Finished High School or GED.
- Be highly organized and detailed oriented
- Possess excellent customer communication and independent work skills
- Deliver solutions
- Be a self-starter
- Have STRONG keyboard skills to accurately record customer requests and set appointments
Previous experience with CRMs or customer database and scheduling applications
Great track record for customer service and problem-solving

-$18 - $22 an hour depending on experience
