Dental Crafters Network, believes in delivering an outstanding experience in every interaction. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first voices our clients hear-providing support, guidance, and a bit of creative problem-solving along the way.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, loves building connections, and naturally offers helpful suggestions and solutions. You'll coordinate cases, provide top-tier support, and help clients get the most out of working with us.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide friendly, efficient service to doctors and office staff via phone and email
- Listen for opportunities to offer helpful products or services that align with client needs
- Coordinate patient appointments for custom shade/stain or CT scans
- Schedule pickups with shipping couriers and communicate timing with clients
- Receive and process both physical and digital cases
- Build strong relationships with clients through personal touches and attentive service
- Send timely correspondence and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with order entry and product fulfillment for Argon Dental
- Keep accurate records of client communication and interactions
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and customer experience across the Network
- Support and live out the Dental Crafters Network values in all aspects of your work
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a customer-facing role-support, coordination, or administrative experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Confident communicator with a professional, warm phone presence
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- A team player who genuinely enjoys helping people
