The Customer Service Representative is the front-line face of the company, providing exceptional service to our banking customers and assisting them with various financial transactions. This position will be scheduled to work at a variety of locations in central Wisconsin, based on staffing needs.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude with superior customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash-handling
- Good computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel software applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
