Specialties Available:

  1. General Customer Support:
    You'll be the go-to person for providing timely, friendly, and effective assistance. Whether it's answering questions, resolving issues, or guiding customers through our products/services, your role will ensure that every customer interaction is handled with care.
  2. Sales-Focused Customer Engagement:
    In addition to standard customer support, you will also have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs. Your insights and recommendations will contribute to customer satisfaction while helping us achieve our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Resolve customer issues and provide clear, concise solutions.
  • Offer tailored product recommendations, upsell, and cross-sell when appropriate.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts.
  • Stay informed about product/service updates and promotions to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining quality.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Salary Description

$20.00 - $29.00 /hr + Monthly/Quarterly bonuses
