Our client, a leader in the customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient case management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lubbock, TX
Pay Range: $16.65 per hour
What's the Job? - Manage the case queues for the product area, ensuring they are cleared by the end of the day.
- Re-route cases to the appropriate business segments as necessary.
- Implement improvement processes for queue management to enhance efficiency.
- Utilize internal databases for effective queue management and allocation.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding case statuses and urgent orders.
What's Needed? - Previous knowledge of queue management is required.
- Attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory programs is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
