This role is vital for the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Representatives engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest the best solutions. You will play a key role in swiftly addressing any customer concerns to ensure complete client satisfaction. Staying informed about product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store will be essential. Your contributions will help achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

Part-time position at Store , located at: 1390 South Cleveland, Loveland, CO 80537

This role involves interacting with customers, potentially including minors. You will have access to cash, payment methods, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuable items, which may be supervised. Therefore, a review of criminal history is necessary to safeguard the business and its reputation, as well as the safety of our customers and staff.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assist customers in person and via phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately per policies and procedures
  • Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse
  • Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications
  • Stock shelves and establish displays
  • Clean store equipment
  • Load/unload delivery trucks
  • Assist with deliveries as needed
  • Maintain assigned areas in an attractive condition
  • Stay knowledgeable about product offerings to discuss available options
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Propose ways to improve sales
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Internal candidates must have a meets expectations (3) rating on their most recent performance appraisal
  • Internal candidates must complete all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for their role
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least one (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Experience in selling paint and related products
  • Experience with tinting and mixing equipment
  • Ability to communicate in more than one language, including Spanish
