Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities: - Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls (average of 12 calls per hour).
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify prescriptions and manage refill requests.
- Communicate with laboratories to coordinate services.
- Provide empathetic and professional support to patients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes in patient records.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal privacy standards.
Qualifications: - No prior healthcare experience required.
- Strong background in customer service is essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Additional Details: - Pay Rate: $17/hour
- Shifts: Multiple shifts available. Key shifts begin at either 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM, with other options available.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid opportunity available after 1-2 months of fully on-site training.
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
