• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their unique needs and finding appropriate solutions to their needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, ensuring effective follow-up and communication
• Collaborate with other departments to address, improve, and resolve customer escalations, ensuring their concerns are fully addressed
• Stay updated with product knowledge to provide informed assistance and personalized recommendations. A lot of continuing education
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience Qualifications:
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• Understanding and familiarity use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and some other computer software Compensation: $38,000 - $48,000
