Responsibilities
MV Transportation is seeking a
Customer Service Representativewho will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties, taking reservations, providing information, He/she must be attentive to detail, professional, provide superior customer service and be able to work in a team environment in a fast-paced office, be able to navigate through mulitple systems and must have good communication skills.
Qualifications

- Able to multi-task and to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Customer service experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Excellent attendance.
- Transit experience a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
