The Cindi A Johnson Agency Inc, an American Family Insurance agency located in Longmont, CO, is seeking a licensed and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

In this role, you'll provide excellent service to existing clients while also identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products. You'll help ensure policyholders are properly protected-and feel truly cared for.

Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly support to customers via phone, email, and in person

Process policy changes, answer coverage questions, and resolve billing or service issues

Proactively cross-sell additional insurance products to current policyholders

Assist with customer retention and renewal efforts

Maintain accurate records in agency systems and stay up to date on product knowledge

Support daily operations and work closely with other team members and the agency owner

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty license required

Prior experience in insurance or customer service preferred

Willingness to obtain a Life Insurance license (support provided)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask

A positive attitude and a team-focused mindset
