We're partnered with a family-run septic and grease trap service company based in Longmont, Colorado, offering 24/7 emergency support, system installations, and maintenance for both residential and commercial clients. With over 20 years of experience, they combine old-school reliability with modern tech to keep things flowing smoothly. They are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Scheduler to support daily operations and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal staff.

The Customer Service Representative/Scheduler will be responsible for managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, processing customer requests, and various administrative tasks around the office. This is an in-office role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to be a team player.

REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 2 years of Customer Service or administrative experience (3-5 years preferred)
  • Ability to commute to an on-site location in Longmont, CO
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer inbound calls and communicate with customers and employees professionally
  • Schedule customer appointments accurately using scheduling systems
  • Perform a range of clerical and administrative support tasks
  • Maintain and update the customer database regularly
  • Support internal teams and assist with other duties as assigned
