Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
1 year of customer service experience required
1 year of consumer loan experience required
1 year of cash handling experience required

What You Need to Succeed as a Customer Service Representative (CSR):

Excellent customer service skills with at least 1 year of experience
Strong sales skills, including cross-selling
Enjoy public contact
Ability to work well under pressure
Problem-solving skills
