Pay Rate: $19.50/HR weekly pay OR $22/hr. with BA
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm Full-Time
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89120 - ONSITE

Job Description:
Respond to inquiries promptly across multiple channels.
Investigate potential fraud and escalate issues as needed.
Moderate user-generated content for compliance.
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Job Qualifications:
1 year of call center experience in an energetic/upbeat environment
Familiarity with content moderation and compliance standards is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.00/hr.
