Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: North Largo, Florida (Onsite)
Type: 4 Months Contract (With Higher Possibility of Extension or Conversion)
Max Pay Rate: $17/hour on W2
Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Includes 1-hour lunch)

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring we meet our promise of delivering exceptional service. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, partners, and drivers, helping manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and coordinate delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers and business partners via phone and email.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Diagnose and resolve service-related issues.
  • Monitor delivery routes and provide real-time updates.
  • Scan haul-away pods and verify proper documentation.
  • Process delivery order changes and cancellations.
Required Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
  • Proven ability to de-escalate difficult conversations and ensure customer satisfaction.
