LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for multiple customer service-oriented individuals for a contract-to-hire
Customer Service Representative role with a widely successful pharmaceutical company located in the
Lakeland, FL area.
What You'll Be Doing - Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls regarding prescription verification and ordering.
- Ensure the delivery of accurate information on each call.
- Document calls accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications - Previous experience in a customer support role required.
- Previous call center experience required.
- Proficiency adapting to various software systems and tools required.
Work Hours: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM M-F
Job Type: Contract-to-hire and Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Pay Details: $15.50 per hour
