Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires someone with strong learning agility, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative team spirit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, inquiries, and support issues, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from order entry through resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or internal platforms.
  • Order Entry: Accurately process and manage customer orders using SAP, ensuring timely fulfillment and documentation.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Coordination: Work closely with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and finance to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Follow-up: Ensure follow-through on customer requests and provide timely updates.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree or higher required.
  • Experience:
    • SAP experience is mandatory.
    • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
    • Familiarity with order entry and customer service systems.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other standard office software.
