Customer Service Representative

We are a small, family-owned business in Lake Elmo. We are looking for someone who has a passion for organization and loves to build better systems to help businesses succeed. • Provide exceptional customer service with a caring attitude.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Make and receive a high number of calls regarding monthly orders.
• Educate clients on insurance benefits.
• Maintain customer accounts and update them as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop better processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
• Previous phone experience is strongly preferred.
• Some knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare industry.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Adaptability. Excellent time management.
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Signing bonus for previous Brightree software experience. Compensation: $20+ hourly depending on experience
