Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Summary: To receive and process requests and orders in an effective and timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Coordinates "pre-sale' development with sales personnel to include pricing and availability.
2. Verifies submitted quotes for integrity and coordinates the product purchase with the purchaser.
3. Communicates purchase order confirmation to appropriate individual.
4. Process all quotes into orders via computer and verify accurate customer and product information.
5. Develops orders and provides feedback pertaining to "estimated time of arrival" of back orders, complications, and other issues.
6. Informs Sales Representatives and customers of all back-order information as required.
7. Acts as the company's single-source customer service link.
8. Receive inquiries via telephone and email.
9. Apply knowledge about company policies, procedures, and pricing to best meet customer needs.
10. Analyze customer records on computer systems and make any corrections and/or modifications within company guidelines.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
