Customer Service Representative:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be joining a trusted HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and water heater service provider based in Knightdale, NC. You'll serve as the first point of contact for customers throughout the triangle area, assisting with service inquiries, scheduling, and support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and web inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Schedule service appointments, considering a technician's skillset and routing logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support administrative tasks and dispatching as needed.
- Provide clear, courteous communication to customers regarding service needs and timeline's.
- Collaborate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent phone skills and the ability to manage inbound/outbound calls.
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling and dispatch coordination.
- Associate's degree is preferred.
- Administrative and dispatching experience is a plus.
