Job Overview: Join a leading logistics provider as a Customer Service Representative. Provide excellent service to automotive customers and internal business partners in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Kent, WA
Type: Full-time, Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Saturday (5 a.m. to 7 p.m.) - Flexible schedule required

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide phone and email support to customers
  • Monitor delivery routes and address any changes or issues
  • Ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 1+ years of call center experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
  • Logistics or supply chain experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
