What You'll Do:

• Answer inbound customer calls and assist with scheduling, questions, and concerns.

• Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments and promote services.

• Deliver excellent customer service and first-call resolutions every time.

• Promote Reliable's full suite of services and products on every call - don't worry, well train you.

• Accurately enter and update service requests in ServiceTitan.

• Handle call follow-ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with dispatch, technicians, and leadership to get the job done right.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 2+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).

• Strong phone presence, active listening skills, and a friendly, confident voice.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills and a knack for learning new systems.

• Positive attitude, great energy, and a team player mindset.

• Inside sales experience preferred.
