Sonar Spark is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with our clients by providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be solution-focused, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem
  • Process orders, forms, and requests accurately
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and improve services
  • Uphold company policies and ensure consistent quality in communication
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
