full-time Customer Service Representative in Jessup, MD, and we're looking for someone who's ready to bring top-tier customer care to the world of tree care.

$20-$27 per hour, depending on experience and skill. But that's just the beginning.

Our schedule is Monday through Friday, typically 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (officially 7 AM - 4 PM).
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER As a Customer Service Representative, you're the glue that keeps it all together. From your first sip of coffee to your last check of the inbox, you're the calm in the storm, juggling calls, texts, emails, and Slack messages with grace. You chat with homeowners, answer questions about tree care, and ensure everyone, from our sales team to our climbers, is in the right place at the right time. You optimize routes, follow up on jobs, tackle invoices, and pitch in wherever needed. You're a voice of calm and confidence on overflow calls, and your proactive approach ensures our customers always feel heard, supported, and taken care of. Your focus on customer care is what sets us apart in the tree care industry.
WHAT'S REQUIRED? - Personal transportation to get to and from work at our Jessup, MD office
- English proficiency with proper grammar

Preferred Qualifications:
- Patience and understanding of customers and others
- SingleOps CRM software experience and proficiency
- Customer service experience
