Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through direct interaction (in person or over the phone)
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information about products and services
  • Update and maintain customer account records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve service processes

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or call center environments is helpful but not required
