What You'll Do:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service, retail, or call center experience is a plus - but not required.
