Position: Call Center Representative/ Customer Service Representative

Mode: Remote / Work from Home

Shift : 24 7 rotational shifts (5 days a week , 9 hours a day)

Willing to work during holidays and weekends is a must.


Information about the Campaign

During the training period, the agents will learn about the Hospitality Sector and to Handle different tools ,the characteristics of the properties that they are going to book for, the correct use of the phonetics and the guidelines that must be handled in each call to provide the best

customer experience. The agents will receive calls from clients of the different Hospitality Sector throughout the United States in which they will be the direct representatives of the reservations department and will help the client with everything related to their reservations such as modifications, cancellations, new bookings, review of hotel policies, location of the property or general questions about their stay using tools.


Basic Qualifications: (education, experience, skills and abilities necessary for the position):

Experience/ Requirements :

  • Good to have Call center /BPO experience.
  • Tech Savvy
  • Flexibility on shifting schedules is a must (rotating schedules)

Role Profile & Minimum Skills

  • Good typing skills
  • Multi-tasking, Critical Thinking.
  • Ability to work with detailed procedures and program guidelines
  • Customer service skills and good attitude
  • Good understanding of the hospitality (preferred )
  • Ability to adapt to changes on a fast paced environment (process, schedule, and/or

policy)

  • Ability to empathize and be patient with the customer
  • Ability to respond appropriately in a timely manner to customers
  • Flexibility on shifting schedules is a must (rotating schedules)
  • Willing to render overtime when required

Education:

  • Graduate & High School pass out in any discipline
