As our firm continues to grow, we are actively seeking a motivated, people-first Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support live marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotional events.

Position Overview As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key part of our on-site event team, serving as the direct link between clients and customers. Your role will include delivering friendly, informative, and engaging brand experiences while helping to execute campaign strategies that connect with the public and generate results.

This role is ideal for individuals who are people-oriented, outgoing, and eager to build a career in marketing, customer service, event promotions, or brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent client brands at live events, pop-up activations, and trade shows
  • Engage with customers in person to provide product information, service support, and promotional details
  • Deliver high-level customer service and resolve basic inquiries on the spot
  • Educate consumers on new and featured products, exclusive offers, and brand missions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement campaign strategies and maintain brand messaging
  • Assist with daily event logistics including setup, takedown, and inventory coordination
  • Ensure a memorable, positive customer experience at every interaction
