About the Company: Our client, a reputable organization, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Overview: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
