Pinnacle Partners has an exciting new opening for a 90 day, temp to hire, Customer Service Representative on the West side of Indianapolis.

Come be a part of a stable, professional and essential organization. This position will work with customers and vendors to process orders, ensure inventory is in stock for shipment, update customers, assist with changes to orders, and process purchase order information in relation to the order placed. We are looking for confident individuals with excellent communication skills. Candidates must be able to handle a variety of tasks, as customer service will be served through phone, email and online chat functions.

This company offers a stable work schedule of either 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. They are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience in a call center or similar setting. Ideal candidates will have experience working with processing orders for DME or other similar medical equipment. Candidates must have proven longevity, having been in past roles for 3 years or more.

Pay rate is $18/hr. Insurance Benefits are available during the temporary/contract period, in addition to be available when hired on perm.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
