Volt is immediately hiring for a
Customer Service Representative for a company located in Huntington Beach, CA.
As a
Customer Service Representative you will:
- Answer customer calls and actively listen to identify their issues.
- Build customer relationships and earning their trust.
- Troubleshoot problems and resolve a range of customer issues from estimating lead times, offering design option, shipping option and resolving warranty concerns.
This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8+ hours per day.
The ideal candidate will have: - Must have at least 2-3 years with customer service experience and manufacturing background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and all Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with a fully integrated ERP system is a plus.
- Minimum educational requirement to successfully perform this role is a high school diploma or GED certificate.
Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:45PM
Days: Monday through Friday and occasionally overtime on Saturday
Pay Rate: $20.00
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
