This role is vital to the success of our retail operations. Customer Service Representatives engage closely with wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, respond to inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest suitable solutions. We expect our representatives to promptly address customer concerns, ensuring maximum satisfaction while keeping abreast of product features and maintaining high quality and visual standards. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while consistently aiming to meet our store's sales targets.
The position is based in Store , located at 2208 Webster Street, Hudson, WI 54016. This is a full-time role.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have legal authorization to work without needing future visa sponsorship.
- Must have a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- If internal, must have a performance appraisal rating of at least meets expectations.
- If internal, must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience using tinting and mixing equipment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, especially in Spanish.
