Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for executing entry-level tasks within a defined process, ensuring individual performance goals are met while supporting overall team objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Job Description
  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels
  • Process service orders, customer requests, and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls for both internal and external customers
  • Modify service orders based on customer needs and confirm order details
  • Provide customers with proof of payment, invoices, and service reports as requested
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Adhere to documented standard operating procedures and performance metrics
  • Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office Suite to complete daily tasks
Skills Required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
  • SAP or other ERP system experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable handling sensitive situations with professionalism
  • Frequent walking, typing, and writing
  • Occasional climbing stairs, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling
  • Must be able to work in environments with varying levels of dust and dirt
  • Must be able to use a computer and telephone regularly
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of customer service experience or Associate's degree with related experience
Additional Requirements
  • Shif t: 8:00 AM - 4:30PM CT
  • Hybrid schedule to be discussed
