Dixon is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. The CSR will provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers. Responsibilities include assisting customers with sales/product inquires, handling incoming customer orders, and responding to customer inquirers or complaints regarding company product and services. This person will need to be able to determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies. Two to five years of customer service or inside sales experience with strong organizational skills preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and internal systems
  • Manage accounts, coordinate orders and product shipments
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Determine best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Adhere to organizational policies
COMPETENCIES:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills (proficient in all Microsoft Office applications)
  • Strong sense of professionalism, customer service skills and work ethic
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
