Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Houston, TX 77055
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a dynamic setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Educate clients on company services and internal procedures
- Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Order Coordination
- Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule pickups, deliveries, and service requests
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Provide post-service documentation and support
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with departments such as logistics, IT, and operations to ensure smooth service execution
- Support internal standards and compliance processes
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records using HubSpot CRM and Razor ERP
- Generate reports related to service performance, order tracking, and resolution metrics
