What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing inter-company transfers for slabs and non-slab products
  • Process and verify incoming supplier shipments, ensuring physical and system alignment
  • Coordinate non-slab inventory management, including weekly cycle counts, labeling, and stock level monitoring
  • Support order fulfillment: print pick tickets, check paperwork, invoice orders, and update internal shipment systems
  • Upload documentation and maintain clean records in internal systems
  • Serve as the go-to contact for delivery updates via Samsara, communicating proactively with sales reps and customers
  • Assist Operations Manager with route planning and order processing
  • Monitor and maintain accuracy of sales orders and pick tickets, including date and status updates
  • Support the tool counter, phones, and walk-in clients as needed
What You Bring:
  • Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment preferred
  • Proficiency with internal systems for shipment tracking, invoicing, and data entry
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach
  • High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and accountability
