Customer Service Representative

Rover Oaks Pet Resort, one of Houston's most trusted Pet Resorts, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Applicants must love dogs. The position will include greeting and engaging with pet parents and their pets, assisting with reservations, answering phone calls and client inquiries, data entry and other tasks as assigned. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and previous experience in customer service is preferred.
