• Manage Incoming and Outgoing Inter-company Transfers for slabs & nonslabs.

o Process outgoing Transfer paperwork

o Receive Incoming Transfer in system

o Build reloads as needed

o Print Barcodes

o Bin Material

o Notify Sales reps when tagged material arrives

o Keep system clean on all outgoing and incoming open TOs and Transfers

o Keep transfer freight expense 50130 clean

• Manage Incoming Supplier shipments of non-slab products

o Check in accurately verifying packing lists matches what is physically received.

o System Input and necessary paperwork upload

o Manage supplier returns

• Inventory Management - Non slabs

o Perform weekly non slab cycle count

o Maintain bins and product labels for non-slabs

o Monitor sink stock levels and request transfers/dry vans

• Assist with Order Fulfillment Process for ALL orders

o Upload signed packing lists to SPS

o Invoice delivered orders

o Send batch invoice emails daily

o Print non-slab pick tickets. Communicate with warehouse team to pull product and palletize to go out. (Anything needing forklift assistance)

o As needed / in collaboration with Ops Manager:

Respond to orders email with ETA in a timely manner

Process Sales orders from Orders email with correct required ship date

o Work with Operations manager to organize routes

o Communication of route to team

Samsara, the go to person when someone needs a delivery update

o Fully managing customer & sales rep's expectations and being able to communicate directly to customers or sales reps when things change that do not meet expectations. This includes quality, delivery times, restrictions, and any other limitations.

Follow up on issues that arise throughout this process.

Clear communication to customer and team throughout process

o Process paperwork for trucks

Pick tickets for loading

Packing lists for deliveries

o Check Drivers paperwork upon return from route

Uploading of paperwork or managing process

Invoice delivered packing lists

o Approve & Process Returns following the return procedures

Communicate to sales rep to save sale

o Keep System Clean on open Sales Orders & Pick Tickets

Includes working with Davey daily to update correct required ship dates and communicating to clients or sales reps of changes

• Assist customers on tool counter.

• Managing daily tool van restock

• Answer phones as back up.

• Assist walk in clients as back up
