Customer Service Representative to join our Texas team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, providing top-notch support and ensuring smooth operations. In this role, you'll also handle administrative tasks, processing orders and maintaining a well-organized branch.
What You'll Do: - Be the face of the company, greeting customers and handling incoming calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Proactively prospect leads via cold calls and emails to help drive company growth.
- Manage and maintain detailed customer data and documents.
- Order processing for the Texas branch and act as a backup for other locations.
- Work closely with teams across Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and more to meet customer expectations.
What You Bring: - Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- The ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
- 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
- A knack for solving problems and handling issues with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
