Are you great at building relationships, solving problems, and keeping things organized? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Texas team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, providing top-notch support and ensuring smooth operations. In this role, you'll also handle administrative tasks, processing orders and maintaining a well-organized branch.

What You'll Do:
  • Be the face of the company, greeting customers and handling incoming calls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Proactively prospect leads via cold calls and emails to help drive company growth.
  • Manage and maintain detailed customer data and documents.
  • Order processing for the Texas branch and act as a backup for other locations.
  • Work closely with teams across Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and more to meet customer expectations.
What You Bring:
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • The ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • A knack for solving problems and handling issues with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
