About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. As the first point of contact for our members, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service-whether it's through a phone call, an email, or an in-person visit. Your mission? Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for members in person, via phone, and through email.
- Respond to member inquiries and questions about eligibility.
- Send out informational packets and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Deliver outstanding service and problem resolution with a blend of technical knowledge and empathy.
What You Bring
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience or a similar role.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Dependable with a strong attendance record.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to adapt and grow with the company's evolving needs.
- Comfortable working in an office-based environment.
