The Member Services Representative is an integral role focused on delivering exceptional customer service, financial guidance, and personalized solutions to valued members. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in financial services to meet member needs while consistently achieving sales and service objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for inbound member calls and accurately perform financial transactions.
Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services tailored to members' needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services, including insurance, investments, and mortgage offerings.
Deliver 5-star customer service to all members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
Actively work to achieve quarterly service metrics and sales goals.
Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exhibit professionalism and critical thinking in resolving member concerns with innovative solutions.
Utilize strong listening skills to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member needs.
Act as a trusted advisor by suggesting financial products customized to individual member goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months experience in a fast-paced customer service role required.
Proven ability to work in a position with measurable sales metrics.
Demonstrated skill in listening actively and recommending appropriate financial solutions.
Comfortable working under deadlines while maintaining stellar customer service standards.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle objections and understand concerns.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities to resolve member issues effectively.

Shift: Monday -Friday, 8am- 5pm

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $43680.00/yr.
- Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage
